Are you a HR Professional with a passion for clear communication and data-driven insights? We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team and support the evolution of our HR policy, processes, and systems.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with HR Operations leadership to streamline communications, maintain knowledge resources, and ensure our HR practices meet the needs of our diverse workforce. This is a dynamic position that blends creativity, structured and analytical thinking and project and operational support. This role is ideal for an HR generalist eager to explore the complexities of a dynamic organization through a focused analytical perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Insights:
- Work with HR systems (HRIS, payroll, time & attendance) to manage data effectively.- Generate reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to drive policy and process improvements.- HR Policy & Process Management:
- Develop and maintain the HR portal, knowledge articles, and process documentation using clear, employee-focused communication.- Work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure all materials are accurate and up-to-date.- Provide advice and information on HR policies and processes.- Communications & Content Creation:
- Transition to modern communication platforms like Teams and Viva Engage for short, creative, and engaging updates.- Prepare polished presentation packs for key project updates.- Operational Support:
- Assist with regular and ad-hoc HR Operations reporting.- Support other processes such as risk and audit reporting.- Coordinate meetings and provide general administrative support as required.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an HR Analyst or generalist specialist HR role with knowledge of HR operations, systems, and processes.- Familiarity with creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis is highly desirable.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in modern HR systems and tools.- A proactive, hands-on approach—ready to jump in and make things happen.- Enthusiasm to learn and build effective working relationships across the organisation.
