**About the Role & Business**:
This role partners closely with the Creative Director to define and oversee creative direction from concept to finished artwork. This role has a key component of people management, ensuring employee wellbeing and inspiring, coaching and mentoring to ensure ultimate success.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage graphic design team members and video team leader
- Deliver on brand graphics for large scale projects and requests from internal departments
- Partners with the Global Creative Director to define and oversee creative direction, from concept through finished artwork and production
- Manage the creation of various brand and style guidelines
- Manage the graphic design and video team’s tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and graphics are submitted on time
- Provides the team with creative briefs in line with Creative Director’s vision and direction
- Review and approve all materials produced by the designers and provides insight, guidance and feedback
- Drives continuous process improvement to increase productivity and efficiency; strategise timelines and action plans for team to fulfil graphics tasks
- Develops strategic and operational plans for the Design team, oversees execution, and measures result
- Participate in Marketing creative and strategy discussions

**To be successful**:

- 3 years experience in a leadership experience (ideal)
- Passion for leading and mentoring a team
- Extensive skills in graphic design and knowledge in videography
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to efficiently delegate tasks to a large team
- Fashion/retail background highly regarded
- Keen attention to detail and excellent verbal & written communication skills
