Responsibilities:

- Evaluate potential improvements in current products to enhance functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.
- Assess and analyze features of products to be designed, considering market trends, consumer needs, and technological advancements.
- Design and prepare samples and prototypes to test feasibility and functionality, incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate and determine appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for product development, considering factors such as cost, durability, and sustainability.
- Utilize computer-aided design software to create detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications for production.
- Generate static and dynamic renders to visually communicate design concepts and showcase new products to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts from conception to production.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Designer or similar role, preferably in coffee tools industry.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Rhino.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design projects, including samples, prototypes, and renders.
