We’re on the hunt for a Print Designer with a bold, trend-driven style that speaks to our fast-paced, fashion-forward customer. If you live and breathe eye-catching, commercially strong, and innovative prints, this is your chance to define what’s next in high-street fashion.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Own the print space - research and interpret national and global print trends, translating them for the Polly customer.
- Design exclusive, trend-forward yardage prints across dresses, tops, and apparel categories.
- Partner with Buyers and Designers to create prints that are fresh, fashion-relevant, and customer obsessed.
- Use sales data and product performance to drive smart, commercial print strategies.
- Manage the full design lifecycle from concept to strike-off approval, ensuring exceptional quality and on-brand execution.
- Liaise with suppliers to provide clear feedback and deliver outstanding print outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on print direction and seasonal vision.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 3+ years of experience in fashion print design, ideally in high-street or fast-fashion.
- A killer portfolio of commercial yardage prints (bonus points for graphic or illustrative flair).
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
- A strong eye for trend, colour, and têxtile print techniques.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail with a balance of creative flair and commercial smarts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
