**About the Role**:

- In conjunction with the Head of Digital, develop and optimize the EDM & CRM strategy
- Manage database integration, personalization, and lead capture
- Analyze & improve campaign performance through A/B testing and reporting

**Digital Graphic Design**
- Provide innovative ideas to create engaging content
- Create all graphic assets to support EDM Strategy
- Assist wider team with graphic design including print and digital sales, advertising collateral, marketing and social media collateral, and internal company collateral
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing channels
- Support photoshoots, brand activations, and events

**Marketing & Strategy**
- Research and develop growth strategies with leadership
- Assist in executing marketing plans for product & showroom launches
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy

**Reporting & Analytics**
- Compile monthly reports on platform performance and prepare tactics in response to the data

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business/Marketing
- Advanced skills using Klaviyo and Google Analytics
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Shopify Plus and Adobe Suite
- Experience in CRM database management, integrations, and customer journey planning
- Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making with knowledge of EDM metrics and analysis
- Understanding and basic skills in HTML and CSS
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritise workload and work with accuracy and speed to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Demonstrates effective time management and organisational skills
- A high attention to detail with impeccable written and oral communication skills is essential
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer journey
- Experience with fashion/retail environment in a similar role is advantageous
