Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a creative, motivated, and experienced full time **Digital Content Designer** to join our head office team based in beautiful Burleigh Heads.

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create innovative ideas to visually communicate the GLL brand objectives and values
- Concept and development of brand stamps and all creative output for new collections and showroom openings
- Assist with editing of photography and video content including retouching, colour grading, resizing and uploading
- Ensure consistency of visual and brand content including the output on social media
- Creative storytelling and production of video content across social media and advertising
- Provide guidance on daily task priorities to Graphic Design team
- Execute graphic design including print and digital sales and advertising collateral, EDMs, marketing and social media collateral, and internal company collateral
- Design of digital advertising material (social media, Google, print, event, product, collection and brand)
- Design of banners, blog, brand storytelling and graphics on the website
- Localise content for different global markets
- Contribute to content strategy and content creation for organic channels
- Be ready to take creative risks, fail fast, learn and improve in a safe and support environment

**Essential Knowledge/Behaviours Required**:

- Technical training in Graphic Design/Website Development/E-Commerce and 5-7 years’ experience in the industry
- Expert knowledge of all Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and Acrobat
- CRM knowledge working with Klaviyo
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills
- Ability to design & develop for web
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (Eg. Shopify is advantageous)
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest)
- Thorough understanding of graphic design trends and best practice
- Demonstrates effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A high attention to detail with impeccable written and oral communication skills is essential
- Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Ability to effectively contribute to brainstorming and other idea generation activities
- Ability to inspire others and work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
