Princess Polly is seeking a
**Design Manager** who is edgy, has a creative eye, is innovative, and has strong leadership qualities. This role will see you oversee and manage a team of talented graphic designers and video team leader, working within a large in-house marketing team, alongside the best in the business. Located in Burleigh Heads, reporting to our Global Creative Director THIS IS A DESIGN LEADERSHIP DREAM JOB

**If you are interested, your core responsibilities include;**:

- Manages graphic design team members and video team leader
- Provides the team with creative briefs in line with Creative Director’s vision and direction
- Review and approve all materials produced by the designers and provides insight, guidance, and feedback
- Work in close collaboration with the Design Project Manager and Global Creative Director to ensure tasks are completed on time and reflect branding standards; offer feedback about designers’ creative performance
- Keeps up with graphic design and video trends to ensure the business is always staying relevant
- Works closely with the Creative Director to ensure the team’s output is always on brand, pushes the boundaries, and is representing the business as trend leaders

**Desired Skills & Experience;**:

- 3-5 years of leadership experience managing a team to tight schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Graphic design experience in the fashion industry
- Extensive knowledge and/or skills in graphic design and videography
- Strong leadership skills
- Keen attention to detail and excellent verbal & written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising principles
- Undergraduate degree in graphic design, art, advertising, a related field, or equivalent experience
