You won’t be sitting in an office; you will be on the road driving 99% of the time in a MR truck leaving and returning to our base depot every day. Out and about, delivering and selling products to customers.

**Your Story**

Our Tibaldi Mobile Distributor (TMD) Territory Manager ensures that our existing customer relationships are maintained, and new business development activities are proactively undertaken to offer both our new and existing customers an exceptional customer experience. You won’t be sitting in an office; you will be on the road 99% of the time in a MR truck leaving and returning to our base depot every day. Out and about, delivering and selling products to customers.

As a TMD - Territory Manager at Tibaldi you will be part of the Tibaldi Mobile Distributor (TMD) team based in Clayton, Victoria and will be involved in:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent Tibaldi and its products to current and potential customers.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for new business.
- Use effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Optimise delivery call cycles to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor competition and market trends to stay ahead of the industry.
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Complete all required daily checks and paperwork.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it’s in good working order/condition.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

**Your Story**:

- Experience in a sales related role.
- Experience in FMCG or the meat industry is preferred but not essential.
- A valid MR drivers’ licence is required (assistance in obtaining this can be provided for the right applicant).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and eager to contribute to a growing business.
