**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Used Equipment Sales Manager, you will be representing the organisation selling Used Equipment to existing clients within your assigned territory. There will be a wide variety of Used Equipment brands, including a variety of Caterpillar products. No day will ever be the same in this role.

**Your key responsibilities and targets will include**:

- Grow sales and relationships with an ever-expanding customer base
- Actively seek out and identify prospects, promptly respond to leads to grow Used Equipment sales
- Continue to build and maintain customer relationships across a wide range of customers/industries
- Complete CRM (Salesforce) activities, meet and exceed KPI’s and targets where possible
- Create a positive, value-added service that will differentiate William Adams from our competition
- Exceed the revenue/unit target relating to used equipment sales
- Ensure all customers are supported through effective collaboration with our sales and service teams

**ABOUT YOU**

**Ideally you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- A passion to work in the sales industry, sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- A positive and tenacious attitude, that never gives up
- The ability to build rapport with people quickly, especially over the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Self-driven and organised with a hunger to sell
- A craving to provide exceptional customer service that ensures a positive customer experience every time

- Commercially aware with strong negotiating and influencing skills
