A great opportunity exists to join Zurich’s General Insurance division as a Motor Claims Advisor.

You will manage a portfolio of motor claims and exceed our customers’ expectations by providing prompt service and completing all initial lodgement activities such as determining liability and arranging assessments. As you help customers to navigate the claims process, you will expand your knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines.

- At least 3 years Motor Claims experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment
