**Claims Consultant** to join a leading provider of insurance solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a knack for adapting to challenging situations, has passion for customer service, and a strong background in claims management.

As a
**Claims Consultant**, you will play a key role in handling claims effectively with the goal of earning trust and confidence in the markets that the company serves.

**This role will include, but not limited to**:

- Manage a portfolio of 300-350 motor claims, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, determining coverage and liability
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth claims process
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with policyholders and stakeholders
- Participate in negotiations with policyholders and relevant parties to reach fair settlements
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Stay updated with insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Previous experience in a claims role (motor claims highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
