My client is a well-established and reputable Underwriting Agency that specialises in the management of Heavy Motor Insurance. The company has been recognised as a leader within Heavy Motor Insurance. Focused on delivering innovative solutions and superior customer service, our client offers a results driven work culture focused on recognition and quality claims management.

**Opportunity**
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Heavy Motor or Fleet Claims Consultant to work for a reputable organisation within the heavy motor claims space.

**The Role**
As a Heavy Motor Claims Consultant your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Manage a caseload of heavy haulage motor claims from end to end
- Liaise with all stakeholders involved
- Work autonomously as well as within a team
- Provide quality claims management at all levels of the claims process (lodgement through to finalisation).
- Sydney, 2000 location with WFH hybrid arrangement available.

**We are looking for**:

- Experience managing heavy motor or fleet claims crucial.
- End to end management of claims.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work within a team as well as autonomously
