**The Opportunity**: Fixed term 12 months contract with opportunity to extend.
We are looking for an entry level Talent Acquisition Consultant, if you have worked in retail, hospitality or fitness than please apply. Training and support will be provided for you to be successful and enjoy this role. You will be undertaking recruitment activity for current and future vacancies, providing end to end recruitment support as well as developing sourcing methods to proactively attract and build sustainable talent pools which will allow the business to be the best in the industry.
**You Will**:
- Develop innovative sourcing and talent attraction techniques to identify and secure the talent required to succeed with the business.
- Complete job brief for all new vacancies with hiring manager and manage their expectations of the recruitment process prior to starting.
**About You**:
- 2-5 years' work experience in retail, hospitality or fitness in sales will be preferred.
- If you have 360 degrees, end to end recruitment experience (phone screens, interviews, on-boarding, references, advertising etc) will be beneficial.
- Open and motivated to learn.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Enjoy working with managers and internal stake holders.
- Experience using Word, Teams, and MS Office.
