About the Role
The Regulatory Transaction Services (RTS) provides business and occupational licensing and not-for-profit registration services to Victorians. The RTS has a staff of over 60 full time equivalent staff ranging in classification from VPS2 to VPS6. Reporting to the RTS Team Leader, Regulatory Officers are responsible for the timely and accurate execution of tasks in line with legislation and operational policies associated with CAV's licensing and registration schemes. Regulatory Officers also provide information to clients both verbally and in writing and accurately and promptly maintain CAV's record management databases and resources.

**Some of your duties may include**:

- Carry out tasks associated with the RTS' regulatory activities ensuring accurate, timely and professional services are provided to regulatory clients, so as to meet or exceed RTS goals and targets
- Update, maintain and utilise electronic records and databases in accordance with RTS operational policy and departmental records management policies, procedures and business rules.

COVID-19 digital certificate or ATAGI exemption certificate (available via your myGov account)

Your immunisation history statement (available via your myGov account)

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
