**Proposals Coordinator**
- *As a result of our continued growth and $1 billion work-in-hand, Georgiou is seeking a Proposals Coordinator to join our pre-contracts team based in Fortitude Valley on a permanent basis.

Responsible for the effective coordination of tender submissions and related administrative functions for the Qld Business Unit, your key duties will include:

- Creating and managing proposal response documents in accordance with client requirements and Georgiou procedures
- Clear communication of tender requirements with internal and external stakeholders and coordinating simultaneous tender programs to meet strict deadlines
- Collating, finalising, and lodging submissions that display consistent formatting, correct spelling and grammar, utilising effective imagery and graphics to enhance visual presentation
- Managing and distributing client communications and documentation using SharePoint
- Providing support, assistance, and guidance to the Estimating Team where required
- Creating and maintain tendering resources including project profile (data sheets) and staff curricula vitae

- You are focused, driven and a team player with a commitment to excellence, someone with:

- Previous experience in administration and/or experience preparing proposals / tender submissions in a construction environment (desirable)
- Coordinating and preparing response documents including design, editing, formatting, visual presentation, collation, and printing.
- Sound interpersonal skills
- A high level of attention to detail with the ability to work without direct supervision
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Intermediate levels in Microsoft Office and Adobe creative suite (desirable)
