**About The Role**:
As a Phone Sales Consultant, you'll be the voice of **Berwick Mitsubishi** as you connect with potential customers over the phone. Your goal? To provide an unforgettable experience, guide them through our exciting vehicle lineup, and help them find their dream car without stepping foot on the lot. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to convey enthusiasm, build rapport, and close deals from a distance.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers, engaging them in lively conversations about our vehicles' features and benefits.
- Use your captivating personality to create a connection, identify their needs, and tailor your pitch to match their preferences.
- Provide a virtual tour of our car models, highlighting their unique selling points and answering any questions they might have.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including arranging test drives and coordinating with our in-person sales team.
- Maintain meticulous records of your interactions and customer feedback to continuously refine your approach.
