To continue this success, **Berwick Mitsubishi** is NOW RECRUITING additional **Customer Communication Centre Specialists** to assist in selling pre-owned vehicles to customers via the online sales platform.

Working in an inbound online sales environment, this exciting opportunity lends itself to a driven and sales focused individual who considers themselves a team player with a customer focused approach.

The extensive training program and commission structure ensure absolute success

**As the **Customer Communication Centre Specialist**, you will**:

- Work in a small team environment selling pre-owned vehicles to customers via inbound leads through the online platform
- Action inbound customer calls and forward to appropriate platforms throughout business
- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service whilst achieving monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the Finance Business Managers, Aftercare Consultant and Delivery team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

**Skills and experience required**:
The key to your success will be your resilience and desire to succeed. You will be ambitious with the capacity to thrive under pressure. Ideally, you will possess the following key skills:

- Prior sales and or customer service experience essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly driven and self motivated
- Proven ability to achieve KPI’s and sales targets within a fast paced environment
- Confident and knowledgeable with various IT systems and programs
- Valid Victorian Drivers Licence
- Ability to complete a successful National Police Check

**You will be required to work Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 6pm with a RDO to be taken during the week.
