At **Berwick Mitsubishi**, we’re not just selling cars - we’re delivering dreams As part of an AWARD-WINNING dealership that sells over 250 vehicles per month, we’re looking for motivated phone sales professionals to join our dynamic Used Vehicle Sales team.

This is a high-volume, phone-based sales role where you'll spend your day connecting with customers over the phone, guiding them through our extensive range of quality used vehicles, and helping them drive away in the car of their dreams - all while crushing your sales targets and earning big

**As an Automotive Phone Sales Consultant, your focus will be**:

- Handling high call volumes - both inbound and outbound - to generate leads and close sales.
- Delivering an engaging, informative, and consultative experience over the phone.
- Managing and converting warm leads, following up with potential buyers, and keeping detailed records in our CRM.
- Providing detailed advice on vehicles, arranging test drives, and introducing finance and aftercare solutions.
- Meeting KPIs across sales volume, customer satisfaction, and follow-up metrics.

**What You’ll Bring**
- A magnetic phone presence with a proven ability to connect, engage, and sell.
- Experience in phone sales, retail sales, or customer service - preferably in a call centre environment.
- Strong closing ability and a desire to exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a team-first attitude.
- A current Driver’s Licence (essential).
