The Role
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Full Time Service Receptionist / Advisor in our Service Department at Berwick Toyota, you must be customer-centric and come with a positive happy attitude.
In this position your day will be busy and filled with variety, you will utilise your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer, for repair and maintenance service on vehicles. Your main responsibility will be liaising with the service department customers, both face to face and over the phone.
Must Have
- Service reception or advisor / Consultant experience
- Mechanical / Workshop background or aptitude
- Ability to achieve excellent Customer Satisfaction
- Outstanding Customer service skills
- Very Friendly and professional
- Ability to achieve excellent Guest Satisfaction
- Customer orientated and ability to adapt, interact and respond to different types of cultures
- Ability to always be on show ready to engage with our Customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communications
- Effective time management skills
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Team Oriented
Day to day operation may include but not limited too:
- Meeting & Greeting customers
- Providing outstanding customer experiences
- Keeping customers up to date with vehicle progress
- Determining the customer's needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
- Organising courtesy cars
- Estimating the cost and time needed to complete a job using the Dealership Business Management System
- Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Gaining authorisation for extra work if required
- Handling customer concern's and escalating where necessary
- Carryout follow up phone calls when needed
