As the leading national registered charity offering membership, support, and credible information services to Australians with coeliac disease and associated conditions requiring a gluten free diet we strive to:

- Drive the national research agenda in partnership with lead researchers and institutions
- Link people with coeliac disease to information, education, and support where and when they need it
- Advocate to the international community, federal government, health professionals, food industry and business for health initiatives
- Ensure a financially sustainable future for the organisation

**About the role**

Reporting into the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be heavily involved in the delivery of a range of events for Coeliac Australia (as well as various marketing, advertising, and PR activities across those events). Another focus of the role will be supporting the broader marketing & communications work of Coeliac Australia.
- Lead the national Gluten Free Expo & Roadshow program, being the key point of contact with an event management partner ensuring successful delivery of events
- Work in partnership with PR and media partners, ticketing agents and venue partners to support the successful execution of marketing campaigns both digital and offline
- Assist in the planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing communications and PR activities - evaluating and analysing performance, making recommendations where appropriate
- With the Marketing and Communications Manager - develop and deliver on team budgets
- Travel to attend events will be required

You will be an excellent team player and enjoy collaborating closely in a small team environment, and you will be excited to find meaningful work in the for-purpose sector
- You will have experience with, and an aptitude for, managing successful events as well as working on and delivering marketing, communications and PR strategies
- High-level communication skills - both written and verbal, the ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders and tailor communications as needed
- Strong sense of customer service and commitment to delivering an excellent experience to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisation skills, ability to manage simultaneous projects without losing attention to detail
