We are looking for a full-time events coordinator who has the experience, professionalism and skillset to run our full calendar of events for our organisation.

The Role:

This critical full-time position is responsible for organising and coordinating all events in the events calendar across the organisation. This includes all of our A-League Men's and A-League Women's matches as well as staff, fan and partner events during the year. Every event is an opportunity to connect with our partners, members, fans and the wider community, and as such, must be run to a high standard with engaging content and a professional presentation. This role also includes assisting with administrative support for the organisation as a whole.

The Team:

We are looking for an individual that can successfully work alongside and collaborate with a small and passionate team to deliver strategically aligned operational outcomes.

Essential criteria:

  • Minimum of two years experience in overseeing large scale events
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Proven experience in producing innovative, creative and engaging events
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities concurrently whilst producing a quality, professional product
