We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and energetic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events & conferences, and private functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for event planning, the ability to multitask and work under pressure. A key aspect of this role is the ability to work weekends and be on-site during events to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all event details, including logistics, timelines, and vendor communication.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and event goals, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and function staff during the planning process and on event day.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs according to plan.
  • Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with the resort's internal departments (kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor event space decor, layout, and setup to create an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the planning process with regular updates and check-ins.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and paperwork are completed for events as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,017.41 – $60,099.12 per year
