**What you'll be doing**

Spend your day helping customers through problem solving and collaborating whilst managing the day-to-day operations of the store including other duties as required.

You will be a key team member responsible for assisting our customers with important services. These include organising product deliveries, managing special orders, processing sales, quotes and tenders, in addition to maintaining general administrative duties.

The key focus of this role is to provide an exemplary standard of customer service to our commercial, landscape and retail clients so that they experience an insightful and inspirational ‘greenscaping’ journey from beginning-to-end.

The role requires you to be super-organised, competent in computing skills, possess acute attention-to-detail with an infectious and positive, can-do attitude.

You will also need to be a confident, articulate, and clear communicator to liaise effectively with our staff and customers, along with instore, online and over-the-phone enquiries, have natural ability in multi-tasking and strong computing skills.

This is a full-time role (5 days per week) 9am to 5pm including most Saturdays (9am to 4pm), with rotating long weekends.
