**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our **Osbourne Park** team as a **Customer Service Representative**. Made in Australia since 1921, Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

**This is a Monday to Friday role, working a 38-hour week.**

**What Will You Do?**

This position offers variety and opportunity for an enthusiastic team player who thrives in a busy workplace. Alongside general sales and customer service responsibilities, your duties will include:

- following up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities
- collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable
- continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition
- provide internal support and regular feedback to relevant sales teams regarding customer and competitor information
