**Service Manager** at
**Osborne Park Nissan/BYD.** This role provides great earning potential - generous salary plus commission package

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this role will be responsible for providing the best possible service to customers while simultaneously maintaining an efficient and profitable operation of the service department. This will include booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations.

**Duties will include the following**:

- Managing day-to-day operations
- Maintaining positive customer and employee relations
- Maintaining cost control over tools, equipment, subtle repairs and supplies
- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicle service
- Quoting additional service work
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Deliver high quality customer service

The Service Manager role is strongly customer focussed with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Previous experience in a Service Manager/Assistant Manager role
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Superb interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail in large volume environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
