**About the role**
We are looking for a sales & customer service orientated individual to join our team and help us grow the business. Working in the Filters Replacement Team, your primary function is to manage both inbound and outbound orders from our customers and coordinate replacement of their water filters.
We only want to work with the best in terms of work ethic, customer service and performance. This can be demonstrated through previous roles where KPI's were being smashed or the winning of sales and/or customer service awards.
Experience in a Call Centre, Customer Service or Helpdesk environment would be an advantageous as well as a positive can-do attitude and a “think outside of the box” attitude.
**As a potential member of the CHF Team, you will need to demonstrate the following**:
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Demonstrated ability to assist customers with queries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Well-developed time management, communication, and conflict resolution skills;
- Initiative, drive, and a willingness to be an active member of the team;
- Strong written, verbal and listening skills are essential;
**Your Responsibilities will include**:
Providing a high level of service and communication to our customers,
Answering phone calls and assisting our customers in replenishing their filters,
Following up customers who require filter replacements as per their schedule.
Provide a great customer experience every time,
Processing of orders and payments
Assist in the scheduling of our Service Staff out in the field,

- Office Hours : Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
