**_We're looking for an experienced Training Administrator with Mining/Rail industry exposure to come join the Category 5 Rail team in Perth_**

**_Category 5 Labour Management and CAT5 Rail_**:

- is a locally owned and operated labour hire, plant and equipment business, specialising in Rail maintenance works, supplying trades, labour and maintenance personnel across various industries._

We’re currently seeking a fulltime
- **Training Administrator** to join our growing team based in Wembley. Reporting to the Mobilisation Supervisor this role will provide support to our WA Track Operations team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The successful applicant will ideally have exposure to the Mining or Rail industry.**The Role**

Duties will include:
- Manage our client specific training matrix
- Book and organise applicable training
- Liaise with recruitment and mobilisation team to confirm training
- Collate and send training details to work teams
- Raising purchase orders
- Reporting
- Meeting with key stakeholders
- Daily monitoring of training requirements per job
- Updating training requirements and matrix
- Liaising with training organisations
- Travel to site as required to support project needs
- Assist planner and superintendent with ad hoc tasks as required
