Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in Perth, WA, with a decent amount of work from home acceptable. As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing training programs. Your day-to-day tasks will include scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, and providing administrative support to the founder. You will also play a key role in communicating with trainees and ensuring that all training materials are up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training & Development and Training
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Skills in Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus (highly desirable)
  • 1 year experience in a foreign country (in any jobs)
  • Able to use social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn).
