Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Perth, WA, for a Training and Compliance Coordinator. The role involves overseeing regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to industry guidelines. Responsibilities also include planning and delivering training programs, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with teams to meet organizational and compliance standards. The coordinator will analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Regulatory Compliance and Auditing with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve compliance and training processes.
  • Strong Communication and Training skills to deliver effective programs and liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining accurate compliance and training documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and adaptability skills are essential.
  • Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is highly desirable.
