**Training & Compliance Administrator**: **WHAT WE OFFER** - Full time permanent Role (Perth CBD Location) - Onsite Gym with Shower facilities - Monday - Friday work - Supporting major client contracts - Dynamic Team environment with supportive culture *** This role will be responsible for providing all facets of Training and Compliance with database management, record keeping and reporting. You will assist in the administration and mobilization of personnel to meet future shutdown and project requirements. With a focus on the on boarding process, you will have a strong process orientation, ability to work to tight time frames, flexibility and willingness to support the broader operations team. **TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED TO BRING**: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role - A "can do attitude" with a passion for Employee care - Shutdown experience an advantage - BHP / RIO TINTO experience advantageous - Strong computer skills (Excel / outlook MUST) - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); - A strong customer service focus with the ability to collaborate and foster teamwork and flexibility to adapt to changing demands; - A proven track record in successfully delivering accurate and timely high volume mobilisation support, in a fast paced environment; - Experience in the utilisation of client systems e.g. ERMS, Workflow **WHAT WE OFFER** - Full time Permanent Position - Fortnightly Pay - Very competitive base Salary - Monday - Friday hours ( Flexible office hours ) - Exposure to high level client engagement - Start ASAP **WHO ARE WE** Downer provide maintenance, turnaround, shutdown and sustaining capital programs for power generation and industrial operations across Australia and operate across industries including petrochemical and refining, bulk materials handling and processing, coal, iron ore, minerals, metals and power generation. **HOW TO APPLY
