**Your role**:
As Project Officer you will be a member of the Program Delivery team and will help coordinate and support the successful delivery of learning and professional development programs and initiatives.In this role you will:
- Lead and coordinate designated projects, programs and change activities
- Develop, implement and monitor learning program delivery plans and schedules, including the coordination of various activities to achieve project objectives
- Lead Expression of interest (EoI) and registration processes to support participant professional development
- Develop communication plans and supporting artefacts to support program launch and ongoing program management
- Manage stakeholders and training providers in the planning and delivery of programs
- Contribute to stakeholder communications plans and draft communication artefacts for targeted cohorts

- Closely monitor timeframes and report any potential slippages
- Coordinate the resolution of customer issues and trouble-shoot
- Coordinate and plan professional development events and workshops, as required.
**What you need to succeed**:
**To be successful you will have**:
- Proven ability to prioritise, schedule and perform work to meet deadlines, commitments and client service standards
- Demonstrated capability and experience in coordinating the successful delivery of programs, initiatives and change activities using project management approaches
- Demonstrated experience in the development of communication plans and supporting communications in Vision 6 - preferable but not essential
- Strong data management skills using MS Excel, analyse and interpret data.
- Developed time management skills to support delivery of programs within scheduled timeframes
- Experience with Eventbrite registration platform - preferable but not essential
- Excellent customer service, consultation and interpersonal communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Excellent written communication skills for developing targeted communication artefacts
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest alternative approaches to optimise efficiencies
- Ability to positively contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
- A proactive approach to role activities
