About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated Junior Estimator who's keen to learn the trade, develop their technical estimating skills, and grow with us as we integrate more digital and AI-based tools into our operations.
This role is ideal for a recent university graduate or junior professional with a technical or construction background who enjoys working with data, drawings, and problem-solving.
You'll work closely with our experienced estimators, production team, and management to prepare quotes, analyse plans, and contribute to continuous improvement through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and project quotations.
- Read and interpret architectural and manufacturing drawings.
- Work with estimating software and contribute ideas for improving digital workflows.
- Collaborate with builders, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support the estimating team with data entry, documentation, and project coordination.
- Learn and participate in the company's growing use of AI and digital tools for efficiency and quality improvement.
About You
- A recent graduate or early-career professional in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related technical field.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to explore how AI and automation can enhance traditional estimating processes.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced mentors.
