**About the Organisation**
Our client is one of Australia's largest not-for-profit organisations, a leading and highly respected therapy service provider in Western Australia. Providing services to those ranging from early childhood through to adulthood. They are a dedicated, passionate and supportive organisation. Due to significant growth, we are looking for a passionate and experienced manager to oversee the Early Childhood Therapy Services department.

**_Duties will include but not limited to:_**
- Reporting directly to the Director of Therapy and Clinical Services.
- Lead a dynamic team of clinical and operation professionals.
- Management of services across multiple locations across Perth.
- Budgeting and contractual management.
- Continual staff development and promotion of best practices.
- Development of the next generation of leaders within the team.
- Oversee parent support programs.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Relevant Allied Health qualification: Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
- Minimum 5 years management experience required.
- Strong operational experience in managing therapy/clinical teams.
- Demonstrated experience with budget management.
- Ability to build high performing teams.
- Experience & knowledge of NDIA.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Current and clean drivers license.
- Current NDIS Work Screening Check & National Police Clearance.
