**About the role**

This newly created role is dedicated to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred, and evidence-based allied health services that are safe, individual, connected, and effective. You will lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team of 20+ in Aged Care Services and across the Perth metro area. You'll be at the forefront of innovation and quality, driving continuous professional development and fostering a culture of excellence within your team.

**About you**

You are a passionate and experienced leader, committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. With a background in allied health, you bring both clinical expertise and a strong understanding of the aged care sector. You thrive in a dynamic environment, leading by example to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best.

You will have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, supported by strong time management and organisation skills to plan and prioritise your workload effectively. Above all, you are dedicated to creating a positive, supportive work culture where individuals and teams can grow and succeed.

You will also have the following:

- A relevant qualification in an allied health discipline with current registration (e.g., AHPRA).
- Postgraduate qualifications in clinical management or leadership (desirable)
- Ability to stay current with best practices and implement changes based on new regulations, legislation, and sector innovations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated resilience, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
- COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required.
