Armadale Kalamunda Group (AKG) is seeking to establish a pool of suitably skilled Allied Health Assistants. We have an upcoming vacancy at our Kalamunda site. This pool will also be used for future vacancies in other areas at AKG. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/11/2026.

Position Information
Allied Health Assistants at Kalamunda Hospital work in our palliative care ward and day hospice. At Armadale Hospital we have allied health assistant positions in mental health, rehabilitation, medical and surgical wards and Community Rehabilitation.
Allied Health assistants support the delivery of care by supporting allied health professionals with the provision of patient programs including group and individual therapy and related activities in the assigned work area. Inpatient mental health and medical and surgical work areas include some weekend shifts.
This is a recruitment pool for permanent full time, permanent part time, fixed term full time, fixed term part time, casual appointment(s) with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
We have an upcoming vacancy at our Kalamunda palliative care day hospice on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. There is potential that an additional day on the Kalamunda inpatient palliative care ward may become available in the near future.
This pool will also be used for future vacancies in other areas at AKG.
