**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and drive a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all HSE regulations and company policies.
- Oversee and coordinate site operations including production, maintenance and dispatch teams, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met whilst delivering in full and on time to our customers.
- Manage site costs and budgets, including labour, raw materials, conversion costs, and waste reduction.
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to optimise plant performance.
- Ensure effective staff management, including recruitment, training, development, and succession planning.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring service delivery and performance KPIs are met.

**What You Will Bring to the Team**
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong background in operations management, with a hands-on approach and expertise in process efficiency and cost control.
- Experience managing industrial relations and working within unionised environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
- Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
