**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless production and on-time delivery of glass products.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to establish operational goals and align strategies with the company's vision.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and maintain quality standards in all aspects of operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and spearhead initiatives to enhance operational performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of at least five years in operations management, preferably within the glazing/manufacturing construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of the glass industry standards, practices and technologies.
