Our team prides itself on a proactive approach to providing exceptional service and personalised financial advice to a growing number ofvalued new and long-term clients.The RoleThe primary objective of the Operations Manager is focused on process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness, optimise workflows and drive results.
The role aims to streamline operations, improve productivity, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the organisation.Responsibilities:Optimise Workflows: Tasking and monitoring work progress.
Identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement.
Create templates, process maps, systems and documentationTeam Leadership: Conduct meetings, set goals, provide feedback and drive a culture of continuous improvementTraining and Team Management: Recruit, onboard, train and mentor teams on new procedures and processes and drive and manage KPI'sOperations Management: Delegating tasks, managing and monitoring the teams efficiency and resultsAbout You:Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership position within Financial Planning operationsFormal qualifications, ideally within financial advice is advantageousStrong understanding of the advice industryProficient in identifying operational challenges, proposing solutions, and implementing effective resolutionsExcellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, convey ideas, and lead change initiativesWhat we Offer:Outstanding salary package including incentive structurePersonal and professional growth opportunitiesIf you are looking for a new challenge and believe you meet the above criteria, click the Apply button below.
