We’re currently looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** to help steer the day-to-day and strategic operations of our growing group. This role is ideal for someone who can balance structure with flexibility, and who thrives in a fast-moving, people-driven environment.

**The Role**

The **Operations Manager** is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across Luna Group Hospitality’s portfolio of venues. Reporting to the Director, you’ll work both at head office and on-site to ensure our venues operate at the highest standard - prioritizing guest satisfaction, service excellence, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of venue managers and staff, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain a strong focus on revenue growth and cost control. From team coordination and SOP development to inventory management, compliance, and project delivery, you'll be instrumental in driving scalable, consistent operations across the group.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational Management**
- Oversee daily operations of Nightclubs, bars, and dining establishments within the hospitality group.
- Ensure compliance with all operational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

**Team Leadership**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve excellence in service and operations.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

**Guest Experience**
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.

**Financial Management**
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Control costs and optimize resource allocation.

**Strategic Planning**
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the hospitality group.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

**Marketing and Sales**
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Drive sales and revenue through effective pricing, promotions, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Operation Officer or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including Nightclub, Restaurant, and food & beverage management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
- Ability to think strategically and drive operational excellence.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Must have RMLV
- Must have Approve Managers License

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
