**The role**
Reporting to the General Manager and supporting the Operations Manager, Regional Managers and State Sales Managers across WA your day to day will be varied and rewarding.

**What you would do**:

- Booking of flights and accommodation
- Diary management
- Administration support for reports and presentations
- Run and distribute various reports including inventory, stock obsolescence, accounts payable/receivable
- Coordination of state stocktakes including distribution of preparation lists and kits
- Process non-maintained vendor payments (Mastercard)
- Assist with branch relocations/closures and openings
- Assist in all aspects of organising state-based events for both internal and customer functions
- Drive a Health and Safety culture
