Multiple 3-month contract available for Desktop Support Officers for a SA Government department in Adelaide

**Your new company**
This SA Government Department is based in the Adelaide CBD and they are in the lookout for PC Desktop Support Officers to join their team at the Corporate office.

**Your new role**
You will be working with the Corporate IT Team on supporting the internal customers of the department. You will be engaged in face to face support and would need to travel intrastate when required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and staff, deal with a range of issues and prepare and deliver effective written documentation.
- Experience in learning new technologies and tools efficiently and supporting, and/or undertaking
infrastructure and network changes, projects and initiatives.
- Experience in supporting the delivery of quality ICT network services, practices and technologies
within Microsoft environment, advice, projects and policies.
- Knowledge of ICT infrastructure (server and desktop hardware, network peripherals, mobile
devices etc.), TCP/IP, networking and information system security principles, practice and
technologies within a Microsoft technologies environment.
- Experience in providing high quality customer service in an ICT environment, maintaining a range
functionality and implementation approaches.
