**About the Role**

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, the Accounts Officer is responsible for the accurate and on-time invoicing to their assigned portfolio of clients, reviewing internal orders to generate client specific payment claims and following up outstanding accounts for on-time payment.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Accurate and timely data entry of invoices and payment claims into the AR systems
- Following up on outstanding payments and ensuring credit limits are maintained
- Responding to customer enquires and liaising with internal teams on invoice enquires
- Support the Accounts Receivable Coordinator in maintaining the AR ledger
- Adhoc data entry for the Accounts Receivable team
