Finance Officer

The College is currently seeking to appoint a **Finance Officer** who will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, as the main point of contact for Financial enquiries from College families, as well as processing and reconciling financial transactions daily. This position is a wonderful opportunity to join our vibrant team of committed professionals.
- proficient in accounts payable and receivable;
- experience in following up family debtors (advantageous);
- highly developed interpersonal skills;
- advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- proven ability to research, organise, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;
- high attention to detail;
- excellent initiative and problem-solving skills;
- experience multitasking and managing projects;
- first aid qualification or a willingness to gain;
- a willingness to learn and assist where required;
- payroll experience, or a willingness to learn (advantageous); and,
- experience working in a school setting (advantageous).
