Bookkeeper/office All Rounder

Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Weekly pays
- Superannuation
- BAS preparations
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable/ receivable
- General admin duties, data entry, filing, photo copying/scanning etc.
- Customer service answering phones/ taking messages.
- Cold calling
**Requirements**:
- Sound Knowledge of MYOB
- Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Above average communication skills - both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Ability to work independently, manage task and strong time management skills
- Committed, punctual and accountable
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
