Our client is a global provider of technology-enabled administration solutions, serving various industries such as financial services, corporate markets, and the public sector. The organisation works together with clients to deliver solutions and technology platforms that increase efficiencies, enhance the user experience, and connect people with their assets. This role will be working specifically within their superannuation area of the business.

**Your new role**

As a key member of the Technical Analyst team, your role will involve analysing business requirements and generating Functional Specifications for system modifications. You will also aid the business in refining requirements and exploring alternative solutions. Furthermore, you will provide support to the Development and Test teams at various stages of the System Development Life Cycle.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Understanding of system analysis and design principles
- Product knowledge in superannuation (highly desirable but not a must)
- Ideally a background in software development with experience across REST / RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of SDLC (Agile / Waterfall)
- Experience in writing technical documents/ solutions documents/ functional requirement design documents
- Knowledge of SQL
