Global aerospace organisation is on the hunt for a Service Desk Analyst for an initial 6-month contract.
**Your new company**
Hays Technology have partnered with an industry leader in the aerospace field to appoint an experienced Service Desk Analyst to an initial 6-month contract, with view for permanency.

**Your new role**
As the Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for provisioning L1 and L2 support to a diverse array of staff across the business. Operating out of their Pinkenba office, your duties will vary across a broad and exciting scope of technology. Some of your core responsibilities will include:

- Providing first line support for internal staff
- Manage ticket lifestyles, maintain tracking information, and communicate effectively with users
- Translate technical language to non-technical users
- Adopt a proactive approach to your work, striving to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain relationships with internal and external teams and suppliers

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be an experienced Service Desk Analyst, with a passion for technology that shines through your work. You will take a 'customer-first approach' to everything you do, and you will use your fantastic interpersonal and communication skills to do it. You will possess demonstrated working experience in a service desk environment, and your key technical qualifications and skills will include, but are not limited to:

- Demonstrated working experience with Active Directory, Windows OS, SCCM, and O365
- Recognised capacity to deliver, develop, and maintain efficient knowledge articles
- Diploma in IT/Information Management related disciple and/or Bachelor of Information Technology
- Relevant industry certifications, such as MCSE or CCNA, will be highly regarded
- Baseline or NV1 security clearance is preferred

You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this role, as you will need to be eligible to obtain a NV1 security clearance.
