Experienced Service Desk Support Analyst required for a Global Organisation.
**Your new company**
Hays is working with an industry leading Global Organisation based in Alexandria who have a requirement for an experienced Service Desk Analyst that has become available due to some internal changes.
**Your new role**
In this role you will be the first point of contact for all IT related incidents and requests. This includes:
- Providing helpdesk support to all end users.
- Performing Hardware, Software and Network
- Troubleshooting Managing user accounts
- Respond and resolve incidents and requests raised by customers and system generated alerts, internal project tasks, quality control activities.
- Support asset management services throughout the lifecycle of a device by tracking and recording the movement of the device and undertaking regular audits.
- Coordinate External Vendors for warranty and maintenance of equipment.
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Experience across a broad range of Desktop and Device technologies
- Experience troubleshooting Windows, O365 and Active Directory
- Understanding of device hardware and peripherals and Microsoft operating systems Understanding of device operations within a network environment
- Technical documentation writing
