We are seeking an **Experienced Retail Salesperson** to help us continue delivering exceptional products and services to our loyal customers. **What You'll Do**
- **Drive Sales Excellence**: Take charge of retail sales for high-performance European parts, packages, and servicing products. You'll offer expert advice tailored to customers' needs, both in-store and online.
- **Own the Order Process**: Manage the entire customer order lifecycle, from inquiry to delivery, ensuring smooth processing, accurate tracking, and timely communication.
- **Build Relationships**: Maintain strong connections with customers, manage service bookings, and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Coordinate Shipping and Inventory**: Oversee shipping logistics and inventory management to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- **Lead Events and Promotions**: Play an active role in organizing and executing promotions, workshops, and open days to engage customers and showcase our premium products.
- **Support the Team**: Provide reliable assistance to the management team and mentor less experienced staff to elevate branch performance.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,819.90 per year
