**The role**:
A newly created role has become available for a highly organised, customer-focused Event Coordinator and Sales Administrator In this exciting and diverse role you will support all planning, coordination, and delivery of sales-led events as well as provide administrative support for our Sales Leadership Team. In addition you will:
- Coordinate a wide range of on and offsite events designed to engage a variety of audiences (sales conferences, industry events, client and partner events).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across our offices in NSW, VIC, SA, WA, QLD, to help to plan events for a 12mth calendar year.
- Undertake all aspects of event planning and coordination including developing event briefs and invite lists, booking entertainment and travel, ordering catering, tracking budgets and RSVPs.
- Work within the agreed processes to develop and seek approval for events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create event invitations and related collateral.
- Develop post event reports and feedback surveys.
- Coordinate client gifts, ticketing and maximise client partnerships.
- Provide administrative support for leadership team including travel and expense management.

**The Experience**:
You will have a passion for event management and previous experience working with stakeholders to bring together successful events with outstanding impact. In addition you will have:
- Experience managing multiple events simultaneously that run on time and within budget
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of managing diaries and travel is advantageous
- RSA and First Aid certification desirable
- A dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
