Techpay is proudly a 100% Australian owned and operated Managed Service Provider for enterprise business technology. Our specialties are in the sales, finance, deployment and maintenance of Managed Print, Managed IT and Telco solutions.

Techpay Australia are strategic partners with major Australian Telco, Print and IT corporations. Our team has more than 40 combined years of high-level industry experience. You will be directly managing our additional Administration staff to grow the business and maintain our high level of service standards - while reporting to the owner.

**Daily tasks for this role** will include (but are not limited to):

- Answering all in-bound service/sales calls and forwarding these to appropriate departments.
- Overseeing all purchase orders and invoices for respective clients/suppliers.
- Managing clients and their customer service experience with Techpay.
- Monthly customer billing.
- Office Administration and ad-hoc office upkeep.
- Filing and CRM data input.
- Client and supplier meetings.

**Skills Required**:

- Great telephone manner and organisational skills.
- "Can-do" attitude to all tasks,
- Adept knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook packages.
- High level of attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
